CDI Marketing Sr Director
As Marketing Sr Director for Care Delivery International, you take full ownership of the overarching marketing plan and strategies for Care Delivery International, and you lead the governance and continuous improvement of CDI level marketing processes ensuring alignment with business and Corporate objectives.
Reports to CDI VP of Strategic, Marketing and Digital. Lead a group of professionals, future managers. Act in a matrix environment with several interdependencies and partnership, hence leverage on indirect reporting line.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement a result-driven strategic marketing plan for Care Delivery International with clear objectives across different segments making a long term impact
- Perform market, target audience, and competitor analysis to define success factors, set the right targets, and develop winning strategies together with the business; as needed, engage with external agencies and consultants
- Develop CDIs positioning and value propositions tailored to the target audience and consistent across markets; support countries and the CDI health economics and market access team with value demonstration materials
- Design and implement international, multi-channel marketing strategies including campaigns, events as well as content and material creation to achieve set goals
- Support growth opportunities, including trend reporting, new services, strategic partnerships and provide feedback in innovation meetings
- Secure consistent brand identity across regions and markets
- Closely collaborate with all key stakeholders, incl. operational business leads, marketing and communication network across countries, business development, health economics, market access, governmental affairs, communications, external stakeholders as well as global teams including Marketing, Branding, and the Medical Office
- Bring hands-on, end-to-end delivery ownership, from planning to execution and reporting on tactics based on clear success metrics
- Have an innovation, data-driven mindset, exploring how to leverage software solutions to drive personalization, efficiency, and impact
- Initiate and manage project groups, steer agencies, provide regular reporting, presentations and manage the Marketing budget
- Manage a team of marketers, fostering collaboration and growth, and act as a trusted advisor to the Management
- Be a role model in people management and development
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable in Marketing
- Min. 8 years marketing experience or similar, preferably in healthcare and in a global environment and within matrix structures
- Excellent strategic and operational skills
- Proven end-to-end experience including market research, strategic marketing planning, project and campaign management, execution, and monitoring
- Innovation and data-driven mindset with a track record of improving marketing performance
- Preferably strong understanding of marketing technology
- Leadership experience and highly skilled in building networks across regions and countries, a strong culture and collaboration across internal and external teams
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in operating in Global matrix environment
- Sensitive to cultural influences and comfortable in dealing with heterogeneous environments
