From new game releases to standout promotions, you’ll make sure our casino experience runs smoothly while working closely with teams across the business. Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

• Assist the day-to-day management of the casino across multiple brands, which includes activation of games, positioning and promotions.
• Manage the administration of promotional content, from securing agreements with providers to activating them on-site.
• Monitor performance, promotional activity and content through analysis.
• Work closely with the CRM team to ensure all content is communicated out to players appropriately.
• Be the key liaison for Tier 1-3 providers to assist maintaining relationships with account managers.
• Maintaining updated game roadmaps and key dates for Casino/CRM visibility.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Design and Development to deliver above responsibilities.

What you will bring:

• 1+ years’ experience working in Project Management, Sales or Account Management
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience building relationships, managing expectations and aligning diverse interests toward common goals

Bonus points if you also have:

• Sports, Gambling & Cryptocurrency knowledge
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira
