This position will play a pivotal role in driving and managing the performance of Bolt's strategic fleet portfolio in Africa and Rest of the World markets. They leverage deep operational and commercial expertise, strong relationship management skills and a structured approach to performance accountability to ensure fleet partners deliver against contractual KPIs and growth targets. They build strong partnerships with fleet operators, foster collaboration across central and local teams, and ensure smooth fleet execution and measurable results across their assigned portfolio.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Drive end-to-end performance management of an assigned portfolio of strategic fleets, ensuring vehicles meet contractual KPI targets and growth objectives</point>
- <point>Act as the primary central point of contact for fleet partners in scope, building strong working relationships with fleet leadership and ensuring alignment on performance expectations</point>
- <point>Lead structured operational review cadences (weekly and monthly) with fleet partners, providing performance analysis, market benchmarks and actionable recommendations</point>
- <point>Collaborate with central and local operations teams to ensure smooth activation, onboarding and ongoing operations of financed vehicles across assigned markets</point>
- <point>Identify and communicate performance risks, structural blockers and scalable improvement opportunities to central teams and other key stakeholders</point>
- <point>Support new strategic fleet launches in scope — mapping operational processes, establishing performance frameworks and enabling fleet partners to operate independently at scale</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You have a proven experience in account management, fleet operations or a related B2B operations role</point>
- <point>You have a demonstrated track record of owning a partner relationship and a performance metric simultaneously</point>
- <point>Experience working in or across Sub-Saharan African markets is strongly preferred for this role</point>
- <point>You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Google Sheets and Looker or equivalent BI tools as well as AI tools and automation (e.g. for analysis, reporting, communication) to improve efficiency, generate insights faster, and enhance decision-making.</point>
- <point>You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</point>
- <point>Experience in mobility, ride-hailing, vehicle financing or fleet management is advantageous</point>
