Overview of Business Unit
The Carpentry team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Job Purpose
Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks as required.
Key Accountabilities
- Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks as required
- Identify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager
- Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
- Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Any other duties as required by your manager
Key Measures of Performance
- All works completed within timeframes to standard required
- Logon and logoff KPI achievement
- Completed works accurately recorded and send to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.
- Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager
- Internal and external customer satisfaction

Ensuring the Carpentry division achieves revenue and margin targets.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Experienced Carpenter, formal trade qualifications beneficial
- Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial
- Commercial carpentry maintenance experience
- Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Good English spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
