The Opportunity
Primary account contact covering Capital Service and technical support. Position provides on-going proactive capital product support for assigned territory/accounts. The customer experience aspect of this role focuses on increasing customer loyalty and securing retention at assigned accounts.
What You’ll Do:
1. Capital Equipment Break/Fix activities
2. Capital Equipment Installation & Pre-installation Activities
3. Capital Equipment Preventative Maintenance Activities
4. Administration (case/workorder closure, expenses, training)
5. Other duties as assigned
6. Capital Equipment Relocation Activities
Required Qualifications
a. Education: Associate's degree – Biomedical Engineering
b. Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: 3 - 5 years
c. Other qualifications/certifications: Relevant experience with instrumentation in the Cath lab. Experience interface with customers. Prefer capital equipment, imaging/OCT, mechanically inclined, hospital/X-ray equipment experience.
Proficiency in English and the local language (spoken and written).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
