Our Procurement teamā
The Procurement team at Monzo is evolving into a proactive, strategic partner to the business - one that shapes commercial decisions, enables scale, and delivers meaningful long-term value.
Weāre hiring a Buyer to join the team. This role will align to a defined category/collective and focus on delivering strong sourcing and commercial outcomes. While youāll work within a specific spend area, weāre hiring for strong, transferable procurement skills - not deep subject matter expertise.
This is a great opportunity to build deeper category knowledge over time while becoming a high-visibility partner who guides stakeholder and business direction and builds credibility.
