Business Process Senior Associate

Quezon City Full time

We’re looking for a Business Process Associate to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected is to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Process indexing with utmost attention to quality and quantity, and process simple to complex work

  • Process and capture information to system according to established methods and procedures

  • Practice good judgment in processing cases

  • Perform thorough checking for every case and eliminate financial errors 

  • Suggest ways on how to improve the current process and team metrics

  • Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operation Management

Required Qualifications:

  • College/University graduate ​​

  • For Internal Candidate - must be meeting all the service quality and productivity metrics for the last six months​

  • Above average written and verbal communication skills​

  • Basic knowledge in MS office, especially in MS Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy 

  • Fast Learner and can work with minimum supervision 

  • Strong organizational skills 

  • Good attendance record 

  • Team player
