Salary Range: $60000 - $65000 Per Year

Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 24 consecutive months of service and receive an Above Satisfactory Rating on their Annual review

Major Duties:

  • Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation.
  • Manages a large Franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations.
  • Responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures.
  • Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
  • Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant (i.e. Steakhouse, etc). 2. Minimum two years' experience as a Service manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service restaurant is preferred.
