Job Description:
Business Development Representative (Ankara) is part of the sales organization, responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting revenue growth. In addition to sales activities, the role focuses on identifying prospects, generating leads, and building strategic relationships to expand the customer base.
BDRs collaborate with the Sales team to convert leads into clients, conduct market research, and develop pipelines. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute individual business development plans to achieve and exceed targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
· Monitor market trends and activities to inform strategy.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics (public and private), laboratories, and key decision-makers.
· Actively promote and sell the full product portfolio, including company training programs.
· Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and hands-on demonstrations to educate customers and showcase solutions.
· Provide technical, informational, and promotional support to customers in collaboration with internal teams.
· Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives and drive growth.
· Continuously improve product knowledge and personal skills through regular training and assessments.
