How You Will Make Contributions That Matter

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to manage and grow Saputo’s packaged milk portfolio (Sungold & Devondale) across Melbourne CBD, Western & Northern Suburbs, Ballarat, Bendigo and Southwest Victoria.

Reporting to the National Senior Sales Manager – Consumer Goods, this field‑based role is responsible for delivering volume, profit and sustainable growth through strong route execution, distributor partnerships and new business development.

• Deliver packaged milk sales, profit and growth targets
• Manage distributor, key account and route customer relationships
• Conduct regular planned route calls and customer reviews
• Identify and convert new business and distribution opportunities
• Optimise product mix and reduce unnecessary discounting
• Support product launches and execute promotional activity
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights

About You

• 5+ years’ experience in FMCG, route sales or business development
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
• Hands‑on, organised and comfortable working autonomously in the field
• Excellent communication and reporting capability
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
