We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – eCommerce to drive new customer acquisition and accelerate revenue growth in one of the fastest-growing sectors. What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure new eCommerce business opportunities across online retail, marketplaces, and digital merchants

  • Develop acquisition strategies for enterprise and high-growth brands, delivering new logo wins for domestic and cross-border services

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and solution design to onboarding and handover

  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Pricing, and Operations teams to create tailored delivery solutions that enhance customer experience

  • Represent TGE at industry events and forums, building our reputation as a leading eCommerce logistics provider

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in B2C and international eCommerce sales

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders

  • Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Shippit) and CRM tools like Salesforce

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
