Business Change Coordinator Financial Markets Finance & Product Control

We are looking for a skilled and motivated change professional to strengthen the CoE Financial Markets Product Control team. In this role you will orchestrate the delivery and monitoring of complex change initiatives across Financial Markets (FM), ensuring transformational outcomes which bring Product Control to the next level and supports the Financial Markets Business in realising its (long-term) ambitions.  

The Financial Markets strategy is to serve institutional, corporate and retail clients with the financial markets products that they require. It’s a client driven business franchise.

To support the global FM business, the FM value chain delivers financial markets products to clients in the most operationally efficient manner in the various countries and legal entities required by global and local regulations. Finance, Risk, Tech and Operations are part of this value chain. Financial Markets Product Control is directly enabling the business through independent financial control, support and advise, but also steers the change required in the systems to become future proof.

The Team

You will become part of the CoE Financial Markets Product Control team, which resides within FM Finance & Product Control. The CoE consists of Valuation experts, Financial Accounting and Control experts and a Business Change Coordinator. You are reporting to the CoE Lead of FM Product Control.

Your key responsibilities

As a Business Change Coordinator on FM Product Control you:

  • Drive and coordinate complex change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational (FM) strategy and objectives.
  • Plan and manage project/ program deliverables, ensuring resource utilization and risk management.
  • Being the linking pin and ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholders (e.g. FM/GT, WB COO, COOF and TRM) and FM Finance.
  • Support strategy development and implementation, contributing to the effective operation of the organization.
  • Support operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks improvement opportunities and process gaps in customer journeys and internal flow.

  • University degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field.
  • Expertise and a minimum 5 years experience in change management, project/program management, and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Markets area is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in the face of change and setbacks.
  • Effective communicator, able to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven, accountable, and resourceful.
  • Strong planning, and organizational skills.
  • Current residency in the Netherlands and fluent in English.
