What You’ll Do:
As a Business Banking Intern, you will Own The Mission by supporting the execution of our product and business roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to deliver impactful strategies and seamless banking experiences for sole proprietorships and SMEs.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends affecting SMEs and Pte Ltd companies.
Assist in GTM planning and coordinate with creative teams to develop cohesive campaign materials across social, email, and web.
Design Tableau dashboards to visualize the customer funnel and track key performance metrics.
Define requirements and user stories for onboarding, accounts, and payments to support product backlog prioritization.
Analyze user data to propose strategies that improve engagement and performance throughout the customer lifecycle.
What You’ll Need:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics (penultimate or final year preferred).
Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into insights and link market trends to business opportunities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with Tableau or SQL is a significant plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across design, marketing, and product teams.
Foundational interest in product lifecycles, including writing user stories and assisting with product backlog management.
A self-starter with a "bias for action" and a genuine interest in the Fintech industry and the SME segment.
