At our core, RSL LifeCare provides care and services to veterans and seniors who live in our communities or are receiving support at home. Our vision of creating proud communities living their best lives is at the heart of everything we do as we continue to build upon our legacy of supporting veterans and their families for more than 100 years.
This is an opportunity for you to join a large social purpose organisation where your skills and compassion will be valued and enable you to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and optimising the way RSL LifeCare operates. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to document current and future business processes, analyse system and process gaps, and translate insights into practical, effective solutions.
Your work will directly influence how our teams deliver services, use systems, and achieve better outcomes for the people we support.
What you will be doing:
Map out how our processes work today and how they should work in the future, creating clear and practical documentation everyone can use.
Understand how our systems connect, identify what’s working and what’s missing, and use gap analysis to guide smarter, more effective solutions.
Turn insights into real improvements across processes, systems, and training, making sure changes genuinely support our people and meet agreed goals.
Bring teams together through workshops, conversations, and clear requirements gathering so everyone is aligned and confident about what’s needed.
Work closely with business teams, partners, and vendors to prioritise what matters most and deliver changes that make everyday work easier and more efficient.
You will have:
Significant experience in systems implementation.
Demonstrated ability to capture and document business processes.
Experience facilitating requirements workshops and translating insights into solutions.
Strong gap analysis and system evaluation skills.
High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.
Proficiency with Office365 and SharePoint.
Qualifications in project management and/or process methodology.
