The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members on our Product team. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional tools for our internal and external user base to support alternative and middle office clients. As a business analyst, you will serve as a dedicated resource to the product management department to assist with analyzing and documenting requirements for product development.
What you will do:
› Manage, configure, and optimize Jira projects, including workflow design, issue type schemes, screens, permissions, and automation rules, to support multiple teams and client specific use cases.
› Design, document, and continuously improve end to end business and system workflows, translating operational processes into scalable Jira workflows and automation solutions.
› Act as a technical liaison between Product, Development, and Operations, ensuring business requirements are translated into technically feasible, scalable solutions across ECM and related platforms.
› Ensure clear, testable, and development ready requirements are delivered to Agile teams.
› Manage dependencies across multiple development teams.
› Document user acceptance test cases (UAT) and perform user acceptance testing.
› Maintain a general understanding of our various businesses, client businesses, and financial services.

What we need from you:
› BA / BS in Accounting, Information Sciences, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
› Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
› Hands on experience with business process automation, including identifying automation opportunities, documenting current and future state processes, and partnering with technical teams to implement workflow solutions.
› Experience in Financial services is desired, specifically in the areas of Asset Management or Wealth Management, preferably with prior exposure to the FinTech industry.
› Experience with Agile, Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
› Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Teams).
› Experienced in data analysis with a fundamental grasp of SQL.
› The self-motivation, organization skills, and drive to complete multiple deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
› Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily work with other business analysts, product management, development, and QA team members.
