This is a high visibility role, supporting our resource management intake process, ensuring demand requests are accurately captured, validated, tracked, and progressed in alignment with established standards and governance.

The Team 
Resource & Performance Management is the operational intelligence function within Business Operations Management for Business Banking, Wealth and TD Insurance (BWI). We don’t simply report on what’s happening — we help drive what should happen next.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support endtoend execution of the Global Delivery intake process, including logging requests, tracking status, and maintaining intake artifacts. 

  • Perform validation of intake submissions to ensure completeness, approvals, funding confirmation, and alignment to enterprise standards. 

  • Coordinate with requestors to resolve data gaps or clarify inputs using standard templates and guidelines. 

  • Maintain intake trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure accurate and timely demand visibility. 

  • Prepare standard intake summaries and supporting materials for governance reviews and forums. 

  • Act as a daytoday point of contact for intake status inquiries from platforms and delivery partners. 

  • Liaise with Resource Management, Finance, Procurement, and Vendor teams to confirm inputs such as capacity assumptions, onboarding timelines, and dependencies. 

  • Identify data quality issues, intake delays, or process risks and escalate with appropriate context and documentation. 

  • Support standard intake and demand reporting, including volume, backlog, and cycletime metrics. 

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring intake issues and suggesting practical enhancements.

Education/Accreditations: 

  • University/college degree: Business Management, or related discipline preferred 

Other Qualifications/Skills/Experience:  

  • The successful candidate must have: 

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant business management, operations experience 

  • Experience with workforce planning, resource or vendor management, or cost reporting. 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly identify issues, triage inquiries, understand root cause, and propose solutions or workarounds 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) and ability to simplify and discuss complex concepts 

  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize work efforts and ensure deadlines are met
