About the role
As a Bus Driver, this is your opportunity to be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of children from community pick up points to Just Brass activities held at The Salvation Army Geelong.
Reporting to the Geelong Corps Officer, this is a casual role, located in Geelong Corps, VIC
How you will make an impact
Pick up and transport children from community pick up points to various locations as required.
Adhere to Bus Pick Up and Drop Off plan/schedule
Ensure compliance to agreed Pick Up/Drop Off process and procedures - commencing with collection of Support staff member prior to proceeding to Community Pick Up/Drop Off locations.
Ensure child safe and WHS procedures are followed
Assist clients on to the vehicle and ensure seat belt is fastened and where applicable, child booster seats to be secured inside vehicle
What you will bring
Applicable Bus Drivers licence
A current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
A current and valid Employee Working with Children Check

Compensation is in accordance with Miscellaneous Award
