Position Summary
You will lead brand strategy and marketing execution to grow our portfolio in India. You will work closely with sales, medical, supply chain and global teams. We value curiosity, clear communication, and collaborative problem solving. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and deliver annual strategic and operational brand plans using customer and market insight.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and face-to-face channels.
- Work with medical and sales teams to gather customer insights and translate them into actions.
- Manage local events and congress presence and coordinate external vendors and agencies.
- Monitor performance using analytics and adjust plans to improve customer engagement and portfolio growth.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment on supply, regulatory and execution to meet commercial goals.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or sales.
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Good analytical skills with experience using marketing or sales data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or consumer healthcare markets.
- Proven experience with digital or omnichannel marketing.
- Familiarity with compliance and promotional codes in healthcare.
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrix teams.
- Certification in digital marketing or related tools.
Work model
This role is hybrid. You will be expected to be on-site in India part of the week to collaborate with local teams and stakeholders.
