Profile:
The main focus of the Sales Support Associate is to assist the sales team and enhance the customer experience by ensuring merchandise is efficiently stocked, retrieved, and presented, while maintaining the boutique’s visual standards and operational flow.
Role responsibilities:
- Merchandise Handling: Retrieve items from stockrooms or other areas quickly and accurately upon request from sales associates or clients.
- Stockroom Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom to ensure easy access to inventory.
-Floor Support: Assist with replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, folding, steaming, and preparing items for display.
-Customer Service: Provide indirect customer support by enabling sales associates to focus on client interaction.
-Operational Efficiency: Help with packaging, transfers, and other back-of-house tasks to ensure the boutique runs smoothly.
-Visual Standards: Support the visual merchandising team by helping set up displays and ensuring products are presented according to brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, applicants must have good organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment. High flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are fundamental.
Fluency in French and English is required while the knowledge of a third language will be considered an asset.
