Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Activation Marketer to lead marketing initiatives across e-commerce platforms. This role will focus on driving online sales growth, optimizing digital campaigns, and enhancing brand presence on key e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing end-to-end e-commerce marketing strategies.
- E-commerce Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing plans for e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Momo, PChome, brand flagstore…).
- Manage promotional calendars and digital assets to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Digital Marketing
- Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube...).
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve product rankings and traffic.
- Content & Creative
- Create compelling product descriptions, social media content, and EDMs.
- Performance Analysis
- Track KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, and agency to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and deliver regular performance reports.
