We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand Team at JLL. This is a vital role within the team to help drive brand value.
As Brand Marketing Manager, you will drive consistent, high-quality implementation of JLL's brand standards across all global touchpoints while managing digital brand resources and enabling organisational brand excellence through streamlined processes and comprehensive support.
This role requires a proactive and vigilant approach to help ensure the brand is brought to life effectively across our global business.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Guardianship & Standards
Support the maintenance of JLL brand guidelines across all marketing materials, presentations and communications
Review and approve brand applications to ensure compliance with visual identity and messaging standards
Provide brand guidance and education to internal teams, agencies and external partners
Brand Portal & Asset Management
Manage JLL's global brand portal, ensuring current assets, templates and guidelines are accessible
Oversee brand asset library including logos, photography, templates and marketing collateral
Coordinate with IT and external vendors on portal functionality, user access and system updates
Track asset usage and identify opportunities to optimise brand resource efficiency
Brand Merchandise & Corporate Items
Manage JLL's global merchandise strategy including corporate gifts, employee items and event materials
Coordinate with procurement on vendor relationships and cost optimisation for branded materials
Support event marketing teams with branded collateral and promotional items
Internal Brand Communication Support
Partner with Internal Communications team on brand-aligned employee communications
Support leadership presentations and internal events with brand-compliant materials and messaging
Develop internal brand education materials and training resources for employees
Quality Control & Process Management
Create and maintain brand compliance checklists and quality control processes
Provide rapid response support for urgent brand-related requests and issues
Track and report on brand compliance metrics and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field
5-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing operations or creative services
Proven track record managing brand standards and asset management in global or multi-market environments
Experience with digital asset management systems and brand portal platforms
Technical and Operational Skills
Strong understanding of brand guidelines, visual identity systems and quality control processes
Proficiency in brand management platforms, digital asset management systems and creative software
Experience with project management tools and workflow optimisation
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
Core Competencies:
Exceptional attention to detail with commitment to maintaining brand excellence standards
Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills for training, education and cross-functional collaboration
Problem-solving mindset with ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency
