Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Represent Introba at project meetings and digital mobilisation workshops as required, providing discipline-specific information management expertise.
Contribute to bid submissions and interviews by preparing responses relating to digital delivery, information management processes and model coordination capability.
Provide technical input into fee proposals relating to BIM scope, level of information need, coordination requirements and resource planning.
Advise project teams on digital delivery risks and associated programme or resource implications during tender stages.
People:
Lead and develop the BIM team to ensure a collaborative, accountable and high-performing working environment.
Set clear objectives and performance expectations for team members aligned with project requirements and company standards.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to review workload, development needs and performance.
Manage internal BIM staff and external digital resources to ensure consistent application of Introba’s information management standards.
Identify training and development needs and provide structured feedback to Human Resources.
Support recruitment, onboarding and technical assessment of personnel where required.
Develop team capability in alignment with evolving industry standards and Introba digital practices.
Financial:
Work with Project Managers to forecast digital resource requirements for secured and prospective projects.
Monitor BIM resource allocation to ensure alignment with project budgets and programme constraints.
Review project digital hours against budget and highlight risks or variances to the Project Manager.
Recommend distribution of work based on team capacity, skillset and project priority.
Support improvement of digital delivery efficiency to reduce rework and protect project margin.
Technical:
Develop, maintain and continuously improve Introba’s Information Protocol, standards and methods aligned with BS EN ISO 19650 (Parts 1 & 2) and the UK BIM Framework.
Establish and maintain discipline-specific authoring standards, Revit templates, libraries and shared parameter governance to ensure consistent information production.
Represent Introba at project information mobilisation and coordination meetings, contributing MEP input to the Post-Appointment BIM Execution Plan and agreed information delivery planning.
Work with Directors and Project Managers to define project information requirements, deliverables, programme alignment and resource planning in accordance with the agreed Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP).
Ensure discipline-level compliance with:
Exchange Information Requirements (EIR)
Project Information Standards
CDE workflows, naming conventions, revision control and suitability codes.
Oversee discipline model coordination, model health, size management and optimisation prior to federation.
Carry out structured project audits to ensure compliance with Introba Information Management Standards and project-specific requirements.
Support quality assurance of information deliverables to ensure alignment with the required Level of Information Need.
Maintain an active technical contribution to project delivery where appropriate, providing senior- level support on complex modelling or coordination challenges.
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital delivery efficiency, reduce rework and improve coordination outcomes.
Promote a culture of information quality and accountability across design teams.
Provide structured training and knowledge-sharing to ensure resilience and continuity of digital delivery capability across the team.
Gather feedback from discipline leads and project teams to refine processes, standards and tools.
Contribute to Introba’s BIM/Information Management leadership group, collaborating with regional peers to align and implement company-wide standards and improvements.
Deliver internal and external presentations on Introba’s information management processes and digital delivery approach.

Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to lead and support BIM team members within a project environment.
Strong working knowledge of building construction and MEP design processes within the built environment.

Active listener
Strong working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 principles as applied to project delivery.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in BIM coordination, digital delivery or information/model management roles.
University Degree, Diploma or Higher Education Qualification in Architecture or Engineer.
