The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Finance team you play a critical role in supporting the billing and collections process, focusing on timely and accurate invoice generation and payment follow-ups. As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor project teams, navigating complex situations while building meaningful client relationships and enhancing process effectiveness.

Responsibilities

- Oversee billing and collections processes to maintain accuracy

- Collaborate with finance teams to enhance financial strategies

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities

- Mentor team members in recommended practices for financial management

- Develop and implement streamlined collection strategies

- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Foster relationships with clients to enhance service delivery

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial operations

What You Must Have

- Education: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Student or graduated. Understanding of accounting principles & financial statements. Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes.  
- Experience: 2-3 years in finance operations or a related area.  Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes.
- English: Fluent (both oral & written).
- Digital Tools: Excel Advanced mandatory. 
- Softs skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, adaptability to new tools/processes, organized, time effectively mgmt, collaborative.

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred

--Strong programming skills in machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, deep learning, GenAI, or multi-agent systems

- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems

- Analyzing complex data and problem-solving

- Initiating process improvements proactively
