Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a BFE Operational Manager (f/m) to join our E2E BFE Management Team based in Toulouse, Blagnac, France.
You will be part of a centralized cross-program team managing Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) directly sourced by customers (airlines/lessors) for all Airbus aircraft platforms (A220, A320, A330, A350) prior to industrial delivery. As part of the BFE management team, you will be involved in supply management and customer interfacing, aiming at securing aircraft deliveries on time and on quality by ensuring accurate BFE configuration and availability.

Your challenges:
Create, update, and communicate BFE Lists (configuration) to Airline/Lessor customers, coordinating with engineering and programs to resolve discrepancies.
Manage SSBFE list activities, including customer communication, invoice issuance, and price info sheets to secure supply chain PO placements.
Act as the primary interface between customers and the Airbus supply chain to manage BFE delays, cannibalization requests, and logistic incoterms.
Monitor BFE delivery status, manage the timely return or disposal of excess stock, and report KPIs to the core team.
Contribute to operational improvement projects and develop advanced reporting and KPI solutions using Skywise tools.
Your boarding pass:
University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or an equivalent field.
More than 2 years of experience in a customer or supplier-facing environment (e.g., engineering, supply chain, industrial, marketing).
Knowledge of Supply Chain management, industrial processes, and ideally the Aircraft cabin / BFE domain.
Strong digital mindset with solid skills in Skywise (contour & workshop) for reporting and KPI solution building.
Negotiation level in English is mandatory; fluency in French, German, or Spanish is highly appreciated.
