Beverage Supply Chain Center of Excellence, Sr. Analyst

The Beverage Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE), Sr. Analyst is a functional lead responsible for the design, execution, and continuous improvement of business processes across the Beverage Supply Chain. This role operates within a cross-functional team with a mission to enable sustainable operational excellence through effective business process management, technology enablement, and continuous development of our people.

The Sr. Analyst will partner closely with leaders across Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics, and Planning to collect data, map processes, build dashboards, and identify opportunities for efficiency and standardization. This role will be critical in helping the organization measure and improve performance across five key areas: (1) Efficiency & Productivity, (2) Financial Performance, (3) Process Quality & Reliability, (4) Innovation & Continuous Improvement, and (5) People & Culture.

Essential Functions

Process Excellence & Governance

  • Owns process mapping, identifying pain points, and tracking standardization progress across the supply chain
  • Drives process optimization initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, prioritizing high-impact improvements, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce variability, and improve service outcomes.
  • Oversees the documentation and standardization of end-to-end supply chain processes through playbooks, workflows, and RACI charts.
  • Manages organized repositories of process documentation and ensure updates are communicated to stakeholders.

Technology & Digital Enablement

  • Lead and influence business users in adopting system enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Analyze system utilization trends and proactively identify opportunities to expand automation, streamline manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Use technology and AI to build reporting, process and workflows that increase Beverage Supply Chain efficiency.
  • Translates business needs into IT requirements through clear and effective business requirement documents.
  • Collaborates with IT, Planning, and Data teams to test and implement new digital tools and automation solutions within the Beverage Supply Chain.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead in cross-functional projects aimed at simplifying and optimizing Beverage Supply Chain processes.
  • Support root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving efforts using data-driven methods.
  • Drive idea generation, pilot testing, and documentation of best practices for scaling solutions across sites.

Change Management & Collaboration

  • Builds change management plans based on the Prosci ADKAR model.
  • Executes effective and successful change management across the Beverage Supply Chain.
  • Monitor training and communication efforts related to new processes, tools, and standards.
  • Facilitates cross-functional alignment and shares learnings across Procurement, Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics

Data & Performance Analytics

  • Collect, analyze, and visualize operational and financial data to support decision-making and track performance metrics.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and scorecards that monitor KPI performance across efficiency, cost, service, process, productivity and reliability.
  • Partner with Finance and Beverage Supply Chain leaders to quantify the value of CoE initiatives and validate improvement results.

    • 2 Years  – Experience managing projects

  • Minimum Required: 
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, and other related fields or equivalent experience

$100,464.14 - $145,673.02 / Yearly
