Data Science Analyst I - Agentic AI
The Analytics Product Management & Insights Analyst I is a junior analyst designed for individuals new to analytics or transitioning into Analytics Product Management & Insights (APM&I). This role will play a key role in supporting Niagara’s data-driven transformation by assisting in the development of analytics products and generating business insights. This role will be working closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology partners to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across all functions, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales & Marketing. The Analyst will support efforts to analyze identify value, develop business cases, design analytic products, and contribute to analytics initiatives that drive operational excellence.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the development and documentation of analytics products, ensuring they align with business needs.
- Work with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Support data visualization and dashboard creation using tools such as Power BI.
- Assist in the maintenance and prioritization of analytics initiatives and project backlogs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and key business opportunities.
- Support Design Thinking workshops to contribute to problem-solving and brainstorming activities.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Data Foundation and Data Science teams to support analytics product development.
- Apply Agile methodologies to help deliver Minimum Viable Products and iteratively improve solutions.
- Assist in knowledge-sharing initiatives and training programs to promote data literacy within the organization.
- Monitor key performance indicators and help assess the effectiveness of analytics initiatives.
