We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

- Starting date October 1rst 2026 until September 30th.

- The selection process will be during May 2026 until September 2026.


 

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

Challenges and Responsibilities:

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring production continuity. Your primary role will involve daily monitoring of component availability, work order management, and the coordination of logistical flows to ensure weekly targets are met seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Within a daily routine with a weekly outlook, you will provide support in:

  • Daily Production Monitoring: Attending control meetings to report progress, providing updates on part availability, and supporting the adjustment of daily priorities.

  • Work Order (WO) Management: Providing administrative and operational support in the handling of work orders.

  • Component & Shortage Management: Overseeing potential availability, implementing transfer protocols, and managing logistics in the event of unexpected material shortages.

  • Parasitic Flow Coordination: Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues such as non-conformities, over-deliveries, lost parts, or cannibalization processes.

  • Outstanding Works Control: Managing pending logistical flows and coordinating the transfer of responsibility (internal/external) for work orders.

Academic and Technical Profile

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration (BBA), Economics, or related fields with a focus on management.

  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain processes.

  • IT Tools: Proficient in SAP (Materials Management), Excel, and GSuite environment (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.).

  • Languages: Negotiation level in both Spanish and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.

  • Integrity: A reliable professional, committed to ethical standards and compliance.

  • Open-mindedness: Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
