As a business control officer in Retail & Banking Technology you guide and advice product teams to create secure products by guidance and advise on security standards and IT control implementation.

The team
Being part of a team of business control officers, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and secure IT products. By giving guidance and advice to engineers, and reporting to stakeholders, we help to make sure the delivered products are secure and compliant to CISO security standards.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Coach, assist, and challenge IT product teams in their efforts to develop and maintain secure IT, specifically on Identity and Access Management.

  • Guide teams on various IT controls and compliancy to security standards, such as:

    • Identity & Access Management

    • Platform Security

    • Security Monitoring

  • Help in performing entity wide controls

  • Role Access Management

Do you recognize yourself in:

  • Being an experienced security IT engineer with hands on security knowledge and skills?

  • Having strong knowledge on Identity & Access Management (RBAC, PAM, Authorization design, IAM tooling)?

  • Having a track record on successful implementations and improvements within the IAM field?

  • Having knowledge on Azure DevOps pipelines, Public Cloud (Azure/GCP), API security, and engineering in general?

  • Being proactive with a positive attitude and a conceptual thinker who is always looking for solutions?
