The Senior Protection Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the effective implementation of protection activities at the field and community levels. She/he will maintain regular contact with refugee communities, coordinate with outreach volunteers, and support community structures to promote accountability, participation, and communication with communities. The incumbent will organize and conduct regular community consultations, identify protection risks, and ensure timely referral and follow-up in coordination with relevant units and partners.
She/he will also provide operational support to assistance interventions, including verification and distributions, first response in case of referrals, monitoring and follow up.
