The qualified candidate will have strength in cross-functional leadership, leadership through influence, and a strong understanding of BCA operations, from product development through to the operations of the BCA production systems.
BCA Product Development is leading the way to the future, in the design of our future airplanes and production systems… and, in the way we work with integrated and dedicated cross-functional teams, obsessively focused on results. In partnership with the Product Development leadership team, the qualified candidate will help deploy and manage the next-generation operating system that will provide full transparency of work, progress, and help needed. In addition, the qualified candidate and their team will be deeply involved in instilling program management discipline into early product development and product strategy integration. As part of the Business Operations leadership team, key responsibilities include: operating system implementation; management system and integration; executive-level messaging and long-range business planning; Strategy integration; Development Program integration.
