About the role:

The Bar Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and consistent operation of the bar while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position bridges hands‑on service excellence with day‑to‑day supervision, supporting both the bar team and management in upholding Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead by example on the floor, bringing strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a guest‑centric mindset. You will support beverage program execution, inventory control, training, and service flow, while actively engaging with guests to create memorable moments and build lasting rapport in a luxury environment.

What you will do:

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure all guests receive service consistently aligned with Four Seasons standards of excellence
• Lead by example on the floor, delivering outstanding beverage service while building rapport and anticipating guest needs
• Support and execute the beverage program through strong product knowledge, portion control, cost awareness, and creative input
• Assist with inventory management, monthly stock counts, and maintaining correct par levels across bar areas
• Coordinate service flow with Culinary, Stewarding, and Restaurant leadership to ensure smooth and timely guest experiences
• Train, coach, and support bartenders through on‑the‑job guidance and structured training sessions
• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, mise en place, and readiness of all bar areas before, during, and after service

What you bring:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a hotel, fine‑dining, or high‑end bar environment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, bar operations, and service procedures
• A natural leadership presence with the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team
• Excellent guest interaction skills with a genuine passion for personalized service and relationship building
• High attention to detail, cost awareness, and the ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced environment
• Confidence operating POS systems and handling cash accurately and responsibly
• Flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining impeccable grooming, hygiene, and service standards
