Major Duties:

• You will manage and apply nuclear weapons requirements, ensuring all operations align with established Military Characteristics and Stockpile to Target Sequence (STS) parameters.
• You will oversee and enforce Air Force or Navy nuclear weapon safety standards to ensure mission integrity and the protection of personnel and assets.
• You will execute complex Air Force or Navy nuclear weapon processes, providing technical subject matter expertise throughout the phase 6X process.
• You will direct activities across the nuclear weapon lifecycle, including the design, development, qualification, and deployment phases to support strategic readiness.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ability to execute technical and engineering design, development qualification or deployment with regards to the nuclear weapon lifecycle.
