The Opportunity:


CACI is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Audio/Visual and Technical Support Specialist to support Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive technical support for audio/visual equipment, conference systems, and data transfers. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and to provide training and documentation as needed.  If you are looking for you next challenge in your career with a highly skill development team, CACI would like to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage data/media transfers between security environments.

  • Ensure monitors, cameras, and other A/V equipment work in conference rooms before and during meetings.

  • Provide troubleshooting and testing of videoconferencing audiovisual equipment (videoconferencing, multimedia, audiovisual, projection systems, displays, cameras, microphones, integrated A/V systems, streaming technologies, digital signage, etc.). Address and troubleshoot customer issues received via email or phone, as well as through monitoring tools for videoconferencing endpoints, infrastructure, integrated A/V systems, and networks. 

  • Operate VTC systems and connect to meetings via GVS.

  • Document processes and provide training to staff as needed.

  • Ensure conference rooms and kiosks are properly equipped and cleared of excess materials.

  • Set up equipment such as monitors, KVMs, and peripherals in these spaces.

  • Log into secure machines routinely to ensure they operate correctly.

  • Help upgrade machines (e.g., upgrading to Windows 11).

  • Provide meeting support (Run slides during meetings).

  • Develop slides for briefs as required.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • High school diploma.

  • Proven experience in audio/visual technical support and conference systems.

  • Strong knowledge of cVTC and GVS systems.

  • Experience with data/media transfers in secure environments.

  • Ability to document processes and provide training.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

  • Must be able to work within a collaborative environment.

  • Must be US Citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance. 


Desired:

  • 3+ years of related work experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$51,800-$106,200
