Associate Recruiter

What will you do?
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process in LATAM
- Implement targeted attraction strategies using job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility.
- Ensure a memorable candidate experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and seasoned TA Partners to refine sourcing techniques.
- Provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Drive the hiring process efficiently, meeting our KPIs
What do you need?
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Advanced English & Spanish skills
- Previous experience working in recruitment positions
Desirable:
- Previous experience in business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related roles is a plus
- Previous experience in consultant agencies or multinational companies
