Position Description:

This faculty role advances pediatric behavioral health through teaching, scholarship, and system-level collaboration. The position is focused on strengthening education and training for medical and behavioral health students, residents, and fellows by integrating behavioral health across primary, specialty, and hospital-based pediatric care. Core responsibilities include promoting evidence-based practice, fostering interprofessional collaboration, and advancing health equity, with an emphasis on expanding access to behavioral and developmental health services, improving clinical pathways, and preparing the future workforce to meet the growing mental and behavioral health needs of children and families.
