Broadridge is hiring our next Associate Analyst based out of our Edgewood, NY office. You will be part of the Class Action team and assist in various stages of the litigation filing process. You will collaborate with team members on analyzing and processing client data within strict timelines, as well as correspond with internal and external team members within the organization. This role will entail extensive work with data, including creation of Macros, Report generation, Calculations, and Data manipulation in Excel. Ideal candidate will also contribute to the overall team knowledge by creating, maintaining, and reviewing process documentation. Responsibilities
Support the Class Action Global Claims Management team in completing complex data processing and reporting tasks
Researching and responding, in a timely manner, to simple and sometimes complex tasks driven by Client, Claim administrators, Client service and Audit team members
Managing client data, including manipulation, updates, and troubleshooting data discrepancies
Review and analyze client data
Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization across multiple data formats
Data manipulation Producing ad-hoc data and reports as requested
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, Information Technology and/or experience in the Legal field is a plus.
Advanced Excel knowledge, ability to develop Macros
Experience using database management tools such as SQL Server Management Studio.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Understanding of the financial industry such as securities transactions or back-office processing experience is preferred
Ability to work under tight deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $28-30 per hour depending on experience
Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus
Paid Time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 personal days per year
