Location/Division Specific Information

This position is based in India, offering an outstanding opportunity to work within our innovative and dynamic Clinical Operations division.

Join our team to coordinate daily line management activities and serve as a positive leadership role model. You'll play a key role in mentoring and developing our clinical operations staff and collaborating on future planning.

Keys to Success:

  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills
  • Managing staff, which may include interviewing and selection, professional development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, employee counseling, and separations
  • Conducting induction/orientation programs for new employees ensuring their smooth assimilation into the company.
  • Supporting activities of project leads/functional leads to optimize the operational running of projects
  • Evaluating work of staff, including conducting Assessment Visits to evaluate the employee monitoring skills and project conduction

Education

  • Degree in Life Sciences required.

Experience

  • Extensive experience in clinical operations (start-up and monitoring) equivalent to at least 10 years.
  • Demonstrated history of mentoring and nurturing teams
  • Successful implementation of strategic and operational initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Proficient knowledge of SOPs and applicable regulations and guidelines to conduct trials in India
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to review systems like CTMS, Preclarus, and Clarity

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role involves a combination of office-based and remote work. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel and adaptable to varied work environments.

Based in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru or Hyderabad
