As an Analyst in Workday Student module, you will gain hands on experience supporting Workday Student implementation projects for higher education institutions. You will work closely with experienced consultants and campus partners such as Registrars, Admissions, and Advising teams to support the configuration and optimization of student lifecycle processes, academic structures, and student records. You will assist in gathering and analyzing campus requirements, validating system configurations, and supporting testing activities to help institutions effectively support students and maximize the value of their Workday Student investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support for Workday Student implementation and enhancement projects as required.
  • Work with student analytics, reporting tools, and dashboards to generate insights on enrollment, retention, and academic performance.
  • Conduct research on Workday Student functionalities and recommend improvements for academic and administrative processes.
  • Assist in configuring and testing Workday Student modules (such as Admissions, Student Records, Curriculum, and Financial Aid) to meet institutional requirements.
  • Support student data migration, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Participate in design sessions and assist with documenting student system configurations, workflows, and business processes.
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to acquire knowledge of U.S. or international higher education processes and implement them within cloud ERP platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

  • baMBA Finance/ Business Analytics/ Information Technology Graduates in 2025 /2026 with no backlogs.
  • Consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% or CGPA equivalent to 60% in X, XII, Diploma, Under-Graduation and Post-Graduation (Aggregate of all semesters to be considered)
  • Maximum of 2 year’s gap in education, no criteria for dead and active backlogs
  • At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in graduation with no standing arrears or backlogs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and Access to translate information into documentation and solution design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish relationships of trust and collaboration quickly.
  • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
