We are now looking for a Associate Consultant/Business Analyst to join our Consulting & Analytics Solutions team in Espoo. In this role, you will work closely with experienced analysts, consultants, and clients across the Nordics, contributing to meaningful projects in the healthcare sector.

Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will support our project teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative market research within the healthcare sector
- Analyzing complex datasets in collaboration with data analysts, using advanced analytics methods
- Supporting delivery teams by combining proprietary data assets, primary market research, and structured problem‑solving
- Participating in client projects, contributing to high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑scope deliveries
- Assisting in reviewing client needs and challenges, and contributing to the development of practical, cost‑effective solutions
- Continuously developing your understanding of healthcare markets and strengthening your professional skill set
What we are looking for
Education and experience
- A Master’s degree (completed or close to completion) in:
- Business Engineering
- Business Administration
- Health Economics
- Health Sciences
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, analytics, marketing, or business analysis
Language skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
- Knowledge of Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is considered an advantage
