Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Unternehmensorganisation und Koordination von (administrativen) Aufgaben
Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Reisen-/Terminkoordinationen
Organisation von externen/internen Meetings bzw. Tagungen z.B. Jahrestagung mit mehr als 100 Personen
Unterstützung und Durchführung von Projekt bezogenen Aufgaben.
Unterstützung beim Erstellen von Präsentationen/Übersetzungen
Unterstützung im Einkaufsprozess und Vertretung der Marketing & Sales Koordinatoren
Office Management für das Münchner Büro in Vertretung
Ihr Profil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Assistenz der Geschäftsführung
Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement, Kommunikation, Priorisierung und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
Professionelle Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
Sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang insbesondere PPT und XLS
Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Teamplayer
Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
