Job Description Summary

This role to support the end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works for large-scale commercial and residential projects. The role involves assisting in design coordination, material approvals, quality monitoring, and progress tracking to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-standard delivery. The APM – Finishes will coordinate between site teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, civil, and MEP finishes while upholding quality, safety, and client expectations.

About the Role:

  • Take full ownership of all finishing and fit-out works including civil finishes, architectural finishes, joinery, façade, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and interior detailing.
  • Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, and resource plans specific to finishing activities ensuring alignment with overall project milestones.
  • Review and approve drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and samples for finishes in line with design intent and project specifications.
  • Coordinate closely with design consultants, architects, and MEP teams to ensure design compatibility, clash resolution, and seamless execution.
  • Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
  • Supervise and manage finishing subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for performance, productivity, and timely delivery.
  • Implement quality assurance and control procedures for finishing materials and workmanship, conducting inspections and audits regularly.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all finishing-related works, coordinating with EHS teams for safe site practices.
  • Manage procurement schedules, vendor evaluations, and approvals for finishing materials and long-lead items.
  • Prepare and review work progress reports, daily and weekly site reports, and highlight risks and delays to senior management.
  • Conduct regular site coordination meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and align with multidisciplinary stakeholders.

About You:

  • B.E. / B-Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  •  5 to 8 years & above of relevant experience in interior fit-out and finishing works
  • Should have completed at least 3-5 large-scale commercial, residential, or institutional projects with full finishes scope (interiors, flooring, false ceiling, joinery, painting, and façade coordination)
  • Experience with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of architectural finishes, materials, and coordination with civil and MEP service
  •  Excellent organizational, coordination, and quality control skills
  • High attention to detail, proactive in resolving site issues, and ensuring design intent compliance
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
