About the Role
Support the management of the overall product range, including new proposition development, by ensuring the timely delivery and execution of proposition launches in line with established risk frameworks and the product development process. Drive impactful product marketing campaigns by planning, executing, and optimizing strategies to boost engagement and business growth with point of sales marketing materials.
Monitor proposition-related management information (MI), including proposition mix targets, by creating dashboards and tracking performance to ensure proposition management KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Lead customer research initiatives by overseeing data collection, analyzing competitor offerings, and leveraging market insights to shape innovative proposition development.
- Drive proposition launch projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones while maintaining compliance with process guidelines and risk standards.
- Support idea generation and creative approaches to strengthen proposition campaigns, fostering innovation and differentiation in the market.
- Plan and execute digital channel marketing campaigns, ensuring customer awareness, reach, and engagement, while monitoring and optimizing campaign KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align product positioning and messaging, acting as a key coordinator to ensure consistency across initiatives.
- Maintaining the proposition MI and insights framework, including competitor intelligence, to provide actionable recommendations for management decision-making.
- Coordinate the new proposition development process, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Implement proposition brand strategies to establish and strengthen ownership of identified market spaces for the business unit.
- Ensure timely availability of proposition-related MI to identify trends, track performance, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain competitor proposition MI and strategy insights, providing regular updates to inform business planning and competitive positioning.
- Deliver tailored and flexible marketing support across distribution channels, driving sales growth and enhancing overall proposition performance.
