ASSISTANT MANAGER, PROCESS INNOVATION - CET ACADEMY

[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as an Assistant Manager in the CET Academy.

[What you will be working on]

The individual will contribute in areas to shape approach for operational excellence of CETA. He/she will work on continuous process review and innovation, evaluating our operational processes in a user centric manner, while balancing against organisational efficiency, long-term sustainability, and supporting learners in achieving their learners outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop and implement CETA strategic ops plans aligned with NP’s mission and organisational goals.

  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation across CETA functions.

  • Apply data-driven methodologies and user-centric design principles to streamline operations, improve turnaround times, and elevate service quality.

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to map and redesign processes for better learner and staff experiences.

  • Engage various stakeholders to gather insights and foster alignment on process redesign efforts.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and practices.

  • Collaborate with data teams to leverage digital tools and automation for scalable process improvements.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in ops and process innovation

  • Prior experience in an education or training sectors would be an advantage

  • Prior experience working in systems development, UAT and testing would also be an adcantage

  • Strong project management and organisational abilities

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven track record in being able to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders
