What this job involves:
Focus on the Tenant Representative and Project Leasing services, bridge the local with the regional resources where the situation requires.
Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in an efficient and professional manner.
Source and identify new business opportunities and bring revenue initiatives to the team.
Create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting the line manager to win new clients.
Reporting to line manager on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
Ensure market coverage is maximized.
Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely and efficient fashion benefitting the client.
Complete other tasks as required / delegated.

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
You will have strong client relationships with Fortune 500 MNCs and leading domestic clients. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of completing major leasing transactions with these clients. A willingness to stay in Shanghai for this position is a must.
Experienced in office leasing transactions
Do you have 5-8 years plus of experience in commercial or office leasing? Are you bursting with energy and ready to hit the road running? Your passion in cultivating new contacts and leveraging on your existing MNC contacts and domestic companies will be integral in helping the business grow its market share in China. A go-getter at heart, you aim to excel in this competitive office leasing space while creating a strong positive impression in the market.
A team player
While you will be required to work independently while chasing your own leads, we work closely within the team to service clients with large requirements.
