Assist in developing interior design concepts, space plans, finish palettes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selections aligned with client requirements and brand standards.
Prepare and coordinate design documentation including floor plans, elevations, details, and schedules using Revit and AutoCAD.
Support the creation of presentation materials, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design feasibility, code compliance, and constructability.
Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, verify installations, and address field issues in collaboration with project managers.
Maintain organized project files, specifications, and product data in accordance with internal standards.
Stay informed about emerging trends in workplace design, sustainability (e.g., LEED, WELL), and interior products.
Provide support to senior designers and project leads on multiple concurrent projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably in workplace, corporate interiors, or fit-out projects.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with building codes, accessibility standards (e.g., ADA), and sustainable design principles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in a collaborative environment.
