About the Role
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through multiple distribution / sales channels to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Life Agency sales team.
- Prepare and update sales presentations, product brochures, and training materials for agents.
- Coordinate agency events, training sessions, and incentive programs to boost engagement and performance.
- Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and highlight trends for management review.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve policy, commission, and service-related queries promptly.
- Assist in the rollout of new products, campaigns, and digital tools to the agency network.
- Accept any ad-hoc project as assigned by manager.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines, or a Diploma in Insurance or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- A strong team player with great initiative, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Approachable, resourceful, and solutions‑focused.
- Proactive mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Others:
- You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
- Fulfilment of the Insurance Authority’s fit‑and‑proper criteria for licensing as an individual insurance agent of the Company, and meeting the minimum education and qualification requirements, including passes in IIQE Paper 1 & 2 (subject to the regulated activities to be conducted).
- Possession of IIQAS, ANZIIF (Senior Associate), or other relevant professional insurance qualifications is an advantage.
