The Assistant Finance Manager is a regional role. The role must be a team player regionally and work with other APAC team members to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
Finance Budgeting and Forecasting
Support Regional Finance Lead with Yearly Budgeting and Rolling Forecasting, the main focus is Asia (excluding Greater China and India). To lead the budgeting preparation with operation teams, to review and optimize budget with operation teams, to prepare budget/forecast summary and presentation decks.
Provide training and guidance to Asia Operation team in regards to budget/forecast preparation.
Month End Closing, Reporting and Billing
Assist with client end month end closing including POGR, cost accruals, month end review preparation.
Communicate with operation team to understand the cause of variance and prepare the variance analysis for each site.
Lead all Asia related billing included but not limited to monthly baseline billing, monthly adhoc billing (these required to lead and manage on both client billing reporting and JLL internal billing).
Daily Support to Clients and Operation team
Respond to Clients’ inquires accurately in a timely manner if required.
Provide daily support to Operation team regarding any financial related questions and issues.
Training:
Actively participate in all planned training activities.
Provide training to Operation team as planned or on demand.
Communication:
Liaise with client's Finance team to solve finance related issues in regards to accrual, payment, invoices, PO, etc.
Team backup:
Back up Regional Finance Lead and finance team members’ work such as spending control, PO List maintenance, Invoice List, month end closing, budgeting, etc.
Ad Hoc:
Other Ad Hoc tasks assigned
