How You'll Make an Impact:
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and inspire three specialized teams (Student Affairs, Outreach, and Alumni) comprising 7 administrative staff.
Build a motivated, cross-trained, and high-performing team capable of delivering excellence across the full student lifecycle.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster professional growth and organizational sustainability.
Streamline workflows and implement innovative processes for continuous improvement in service delivery.
Allocate resources strategically to achieve ambitious goals while maintaining operational excellence.
Student Outreach & Recruitment
Design and execute compelling outreach strategies to attract Singapore's brightest students to CCDS Undergraduate programmes.
Oversee recruitment events, admission processes, and scholarship interviews.
Collaborate closely with the Publicity and Communication team to create engaging digital and physical collaterals.
Drive brand awareness and enhance CCDS's reputation to achieve enrolment targets.
Student Affairs, Engagement & Vibrancy
Create a thriving college environment through dynamic student life programmes and community-building activities.
Oversee the provision of comprehensive student support including pastoral care, academic mentoring, peer teaching, special needs accommodation, and disciplinary matters.
Enhance student career readiness through planning initiatives that improve employability outcomes.
Design and implement innovative programs that boost student engagement, participation, and self-initiative.
Partner with the University Student Affairs Office, CCDS Student Club, and Associate Dean (Student Life & Alumni Engagement) to deliver exceptional student experiences.
Manage student critical incidents effectively, both locally and overseas, should these arise.
Alumni Engagement & Development
Build and energize a vibrant alumni community through strategic social events, professional development programmes, and networking opportunities.
Develop and implement an alumni mentoring system connecting accomplished graduates with current students.
Bring prominent alumni back to campus to share experiences, inspire students, and create internship and employment pathways.
Establish and guide a sustainable Alumni Association that works synergistically with college and university objectives.
Leverage alumni networks to enhance CCDS's reputation and create value for current students and the broader community.
Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Serve as key liaison between CCDS and university-level leadership, committees, and strategic initiatives.
Participate in budget planning, preparation, monitoring, and reporting to support Deanery priorities.
Collect, analyze, and report data and metrics to evaluate programme effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Represent CCDS as subject matter expert in outreach, admission, student life, and alumni engagement.
International Olympiad for AI (IOAI) 2027 – Singapore Hosting
Provide strategic and administrative leadership to build Singapore's IOAI community.
Facilitate the establishment and coordination of a strong student volunteer network across various universities, junior colleges, and polytechnics.
Collaborate with AI Singapore to position Singapore as a global AI education leader.
Co-opt and lead team members to plan and execute a world-class international event that enhances CCDS's global reputation.
What Makes you Shine:
Recognized university degree; advanced degree preferred.
At least 10 years’ experience in higher education administration, student affairs, event management, or related fields.
Proven track record leading teams and delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Passionate about working with and building a vibrant student and alumni community.
Demonstrated success in program development, strategic planning, and large-scale event execution.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
Highly committed, resilient, resourceful, and proactive.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure while remaining meticulous.
Able to lead and motivate a team to achieve administrative excellence in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and often ambiguous work environment.
