Main Tasks / 主要任務
- Responsible for research planning, technology development of myopia control solutions, drive the company's product leadership in myopia progression management;
- Act as the key contributor of the myopia control product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and business objectives;
- Establish an efficient myopia research platform, closely collaborate with domestic and international expert teams, discover, screen, and explore cutting-edge science and technology in this field, and initiate and conduct research projects;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like product and marketing to convert the research and outcomes into product concepts and solutions, targeting for successful market launch;
- Lead cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient execution and high-quality delivery of projects
- Enhance the company's academic and technical influence through patent creation, paper publication, and participation in academic and industry conferences;
- 负责近视控制解决方案的研究规划和技术开发，推动公司在近视进展管理领域形成产品技术领导地位；
- 作为近视控制产品路线图的关键贡献者，并确保其与公司的愿景和业务目标保持一致；
- 建立高效的近视研究平台，与国内外专家团队紧密合作，发现、筛选和探索该领域内的前沿科学和技术，立项和开展研究工作；
- 与产品和市场等跨职能团队紧密合作，将研究成果转化为产品概念和解决方案，并成功投放市场；
- 领导跨部门合作，确保项目的高效执行和高质量交付；
- 通过专利创作、论文发表和参与学术及行业会议，提升公司的学术和技术影响力；
Education / 教育背景
PhD in Optics, Optometry, Ophthalmology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields, with a profound academic background and deep insight into the optometry industry;
博士学历，光学、眼视光学、眼科学或生物医学工程等相关专业，具有深厚的学术背景和对眼视光行业的深刻洞察；
Experience / 經驗
Extensive research experience in ophthalmic and optometric products, with the capability to independently leading the full-cycle development from idea to completion.
在眼科和眼视光产品领域拥有丰富的研究经验，能够独立领导从构想开始的全周期开发；
Other skills /其他技能
- Significant research achievements and contributions in the field of myopia control, with a broad academic network and industry influence.
- Solid research experience in myopia control, with familiarity in relevant experimental techniques and methodologies, capable to independently design and implement research projects, as well as analyze and interpret data.
- High level of responsibility and leadership, maintaining clarity in decision-making and resoluteness in execution in a complex and dynamic work environment.
- Adapt to a multi-faceted project landscape, involving multiple stakeholders and exhibits strong resilience, learning effectively from both successes and setbacks.
