POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant, Database Administration, handles the administrative matter/request relating to COD’s membership database. He / She will assist the Senior Executive in system/promotion configuration, and other technical matter related to Marketing Operation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handles Manual Points Adjustments - amendments needed in patron’s gaming points in COD.
2. Documents and prepares other materials for Systems Training.
3. Provides assistance to the operation team on administrative tasks and system maintenance requests such as extra credit adjustment, reports generation, promotions configuration & maintenance, SMS Blasting scheduling, batch upload list and group (CRM, IGT, SYCO, and GEMS) etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the gaming industry or IT industry.
2. Knowledgeable in System and administration
II. Education
Bachelor’s degree is required. Gaming related courses is an advantage.
